LIMITED WARRANTY

Core Distribution, Inc., warrants our “Xtend+Climb® Products” to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years for our + model telescoping ladders, six (6) months for our non + telescoping ladders, and six (6) months for our step stools and step ladders, from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from shipping, abuse, abnormal usage, usage beyond normal wear and tear, misuse, and any alterations to the product.

This limited warranty does not cover ‘wear and tear’ items that should be maintained/replaced by the customer during normal usage.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines detailed in the labels on the product and the instruction manual supplied with the product, failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.

In the event of any defect, which shall be determined by Core Distribution, Inc., this product will be repaired or replaced at Core Distribution, Inc.’s option without charge. option shall be the company’s only obligation with respect to defects in this product. A receipt is required to validate your warranty. The obligation to repair or replace this product at Core Distribution Inc.’s option shall be the company’s only obligation with respect to defects in this product. To affect this warranty the product must be returned, PREPAID, together with the sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

Core Distribution, Inc. will have no liability for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use of the product or any defect in the product or otherwise except to the extent that this limitation is precluded by applicable law.

This limited warranty, states the full obligation of Core Distribution, Inc. Core Distribution, Inc., specifically excludes all implied warranties including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose but not merchantability
